          1.   Completed and signed copy of our Listing Contract.
          2.   Completed MLS Listing Input Form.   
          3.   Photos of property (strongly recommended)

 OR  $795 I, Mark Hetrick will:

1. Visit your property and gather all the necessary information needed to list your property for sale in the Realtor MLS. 
2. Take digital photos for use in the MLS and on the internet sites.
3. Provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis showing recent sales of comparable properties in your area. 
4. Provide you with hard copies of all forms, contracts and disclosures you will need. 
5. Write the marketing remarks for your property.

Both listing options include:

• Complete listing in Realtor MLS (Multiple Listing Service) until it's sold.
• Property featured on the top real estate websites including Realtor.com, MSN, Homes.com, Homeseekers.com, News-Press.com and many more. 
• Color photos in the MLS and on affiliated websites. 
• Installation and removal of our professional Yard Sign (where permitted).
• Lockbox (if desired)
• Color "For Sale" flyer and copy of your listing. 
• Buyers Pre-Qualifications and Pre-Approvals.
• All necessary contracts and disclosure documents to list and sell your home.
• Your property featured on all Broker Reciprocity member sites including Coldwell Banker, Century 21, and all other member sites.

You retain the right to sell on your own and pay NO COMMISSION.
If a Realtor procures the buyer then you agree to pay 3% of the selling price.
